Dr Arvinder Singh did MBBS (1986) and MD (1998) in Radiology from GMC, Amritsar. He joined PCMS I(1989) and took retirement as Professor & Head, Department of Radiodiagnosis & Imaging, GMC Amritsar (2021). Presently he is Professor & Head, Department of Radiodiagnosis & Imaging, SGRDIMSAR.

He has participated in various National and International conferences as Presenter and Chairperson and has more than 55 publications as Original articles and Case reports. He has supervised postgraduate thesis work in more than 30 theses of various subjects.

Dr Arvinder is life member of IRIA and ICRI, and has been conferred the Fellowship FIMSA. He is organizing secretary of Amritsar Radiology Forum and has organized three Conferences/CMEs.

He has the credit of publishing two books on Psoriatic Arthritis and Hydatid Disease: a worldwide Zoonosis under LAP (Lambert Academic Publications) Germany.

Dr. Vijinder Arora did MBBS (1991) with distinction in pharmacology and MD (1995) in Radiodiagnosis from Government Medical College, Amritsar. Thereafter she did Observerships at SGPGI Lucknow and Sir Gangaram Hospital, New Delhi. Presently she is Professor and Head of Radiodiagnosis at sgrduhs.

She has 26 publications in various national and international journals with three chapters in a book under publication. She has given over 40 presentations as faculty in national and international conferences, and chaired numerous sessions and conducted workshops. She has also hosted a conference on interventional radiology as organising chairperson at sgrduhs.

She is a life member of Asian Musculoskeletal Society, Indian Radiology and Imaging Association, Indian College of Radiology and Imaging and Musculoskeletal Society of India. She is a reviewer with Indian Journal of Radiology and Imaging, and Indian Journal of Musculoskeletal Radiology. She has also been chief editor of a local radiology newsletter for three years.

She has special interest and expertise in MRI and her forte is neuroradiology and MSK radiology.

Dr. Kunwar Pal Singh passed MBBS (2000) from Guru Gobind Singh Medical College, Faridkot and DNB (2008) in Radiodiagnosis from Advanced Diagnostics and Institute of Imaging, Amritsar. He joined SGRD as Senior Resident in 2008 and is presently Professor of Radiodiagnosis.

He has been invited to deliver faculty lectures at various international, national, zonal and state level conferences. He was part of the organizing team of various conferences. He has 22 research publications in various National and International journals and has supervised postgraduate thesis work.

Dr Kunwar Pal is a life member of Indian Radiological and Imaging Association, Indian College of Radiology & Imaging, National Musculoskeletal Society and Musculoskeletal Ultrasound Society. He is Vice President of Indian Radiological and Imaging Association, Punjab State Chapter, 2020-21.

He has special interest in the field of Musculoskeletal Imaging.

Dr. Amandeep Singh passed MBBS(2005) From Govt. Medical College, Amritsar, Punjab and topped his batch in MD Radiodiagnosis from SGRDIMSR , Amritsar in 2010. He was selected as Senior Resident in the Deptt. of Neuroradiology, AIIMS, New Delhi. Presently, he is working as Professor in the deptt. Radiodiagnosis at SGRD.

He has been invited as Guest Faculty and has delivered faculty lectures at various international, national, and state level conferences and chaired numerous sessions and conducted workshops. Among many scientific papers and posters presentations, his scientific paper was awarded the First Prize at the 4th International Conference of Radiology of SAARC Nations, 2010.

Dr Amandeep has 22 publications in various national and international journals with four chapters in a book under publication and has supervised postgraduate thesis work on various topics.He has been awarded ‘Certificate of Appreciation’ by the President IRIA for his academic contributions in Radiology for 2020.

He is CCM Member of Punjab IRIA since 2018 and was Joint Secretary, Punjab State Chapter IRIA, 2017-2018. He is also the part of core committee of YUWA IRIA and UTSAV committee of IRIA. He has been part of the organizing team of various conferences, including Joint Organizing Secretary of the National IREP (IRIA in 2018 and 2nd National Musculoskeletal Congress. He has been Judge in ‘Scientific Posters & Papers’ at Asian Radiology Forum and 73rd Annual National Conference of Radiology, Ahmedabad, 2020.

Dr Amandeep has special interest in the field of ‘ Fetal Radiology’ and ‘Pelvic MRI’.

Dr. Gaurav Kumar Dhawan did his MBBS (2010), MD (2016) in Radiodiagnosis and Fellowship in Vascular and Interventional Radiology (2017) from Pt Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College, Wardha. He did a short Fellowship in Ganga Ram Hospital, Delhi. Presently, he is Assistant Professor of Radio-diagnosis at SGRD .

Dr Dhawan is performing all major vascular and non vascular interventional procedures like biopsies, drainage tubes, PTBD, PCN, chemo ports /PICC lines, Laser treatment of varicose vein, tumor ablation and embolization.

He is working in both diagnostic interventional radiology fields with special interest in onco-intervention.
